Terms of Service Overview

Please read through this page and my "terms of service" carefully and contact me by either Instagram Direct Messages or Email for commissions!

As I am currently still a student, and in my last year of high school, there are a lot of outside factors that can influence the speed of completion or the quality of the illustration.

However, I'll do my absolute best to bring forward my best work, and satisfy all the requirements!

General Terms

1) I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

2) Predicted time of completion for each illustration may vary if unforeseen circumstances occur due to school life, for example, tests or exams. Please keep this in mind if you choose to commission me.

3) If slots become necessary, first come first serve.

Payments

1) Currency is paid by USD through PayPal.

2) Commissions will be paid 100% in full after the sketch approval

3) Don't send me any payment before I request it of you and have guaranteed you a commission.

4) An extra amount of money may be charged due to PayPal fee policies.

Revisions (The Process)

1) Be ready to provide clear reference photos for both the outfits and poses for original characters.

2) For fan arts or ready-designed characters, there will be two revision rounds - one where I will send you the sketch, and second will be the base colour.

3) I'm also happy to do character designs, but this may ensue an additional cost (around $2) as I will have to make multiple sketches and/or thumbnails. This can take up to 4 or 5 revision rounds.

3.5) Concerning designs from scratch, reference images will still be needed - or a very clear description of the character.

4) After all rendering, the final image will be sent to you through email in PNG or JPEG format depending on your preferences. I can send three versions if a basic background has been requested, those 3 being:

i) The requested basic background in question.

ii) A plain white background

iii) A transparent background (PNG only for obvious reasons)

Copyright and Usage

I, as the artist:

~ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

~ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

~ I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

~ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

You (the customer/commissioner)

~ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

~ You must credit me, the artist, on any social media reposts.

~ You may NOT make profits from the commissioned artwork (reselling, redistributing, making prints, etc.)
~ You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
~ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

The above is considered copyright infringement.

Cancellation and Refunds

~Refunds can only be given before I start on the artwork

~If for any reason I am unable to start on your artwork, you can get a full refund
